After a courageous and short battle, Lucy passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Tuesday, October 13, 2009 at Brampton Civic Hospital. A loving wife, proud mother, genuine friend and passionate science teacher, Lucy leaves behind her beloved husband of 29 years Gord; daughters Patricia (Geoff) and Kristen; son Stephen; sister Dorothy; and countless friends, relatives and students. Lucy will be fondly remembered by her friends and family for her quiet beauty, humility and compassionate heart.
